FAQ

What is ImproV &
Applied Improv ?

Get curious, play, and experiment with what lies in front of you.

Improv (Improv Theatre) is a form of live performance where the actors create on the spot short scenes without a script. Creating engaging stories with the ideas from the audience and relying on each others support.

Applied Improv takes these principles and techniques beyond the stage, helping people to think on their feet, build confidence, and enhance connections. It is commonly used in non-theatrical settings such as business, education, therapy and leadership.

What Is The Hero’s Journey ?

Each of us is the hero of our own journey, with a story waiting to be told.

The Hero’s Journey is a universal storytelling framework in which the main character (hero) embarks on an adventure, overcomes challenges, and returns transformed. Popularized by Joseph Campbell in his 1949 book The Hero with a Thousand Faces, this pattern appears in myths, legends, literature, and films across cultures worldwide.

The Hero’s Journey arc can be a powerful framework for structuring presentations. This model is also known as a reflection tool for personal development, where the individual becomes the hero of their own story.
